Terms of service
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms govern your use of ytechfinance.com and of the Y-tech waitlist. Please read them before using the site. By using it you accept them.
The most important point: Y-tech is not a bank and does not yet provide any financial service. Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract, or financial advice. Joining the waitlist places you on a list to be contacted — it does not open an account or guarantee you one.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by YTECH FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD, trading as Y-tech, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 17497293, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom). You can contact us at info@ytechfinance.com.
2. Our regulatory position
Y-tech is a financial technology company. It does not hold a banking licence and is not authorised to issue electronic money or provide payment services in its own name.
We intend to provide our services through a licensed electronic money institution. No partner is contracted at the date of these terms, and until one is appointed and the service launches, Y-tech provides no regulated financial services of any kind. We will not hold your money, process payments or issue cards before that point.
3. The website is information only
Everything described on this website — accounts, cards, transfers, cashback, savings pockets, investing and the NeuroOffice AI tools — describes a product we are building. Features, plans, prices and launch dates are indicative, may change, and may differ by country. Screenshots and figures shown are illustrations, not real accounts.
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any product. Where investing is mentioned, the value of investments can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you put in.
4. The waitlist
- Joining is free and creates no contract for any service.
- We will email you about early access and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- A place on the list is not a promise of access, of a particular date, or of any particular price or feature.
- We may close the waitlist, change how invitations are issued, or decide not to launch at all.
- Please give an email address you are entitled to use. Do not sign up on someone else's behalf without their permission.
How we handle the data you give us is set out in our Privacy policy.
5. The prototype
This site links to a working prototype. The prototype is a demonstration built for evaluation. It contains no real money, no real accounts and no real transactions, and any data you enter there may be reset or deleted without notice. Do not enter real financial or identity information into it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it systematically, or to submit anyone else's personal data without their consent. We may restrict access if you do.
7. Our content
The Y-tech name, logo, text, design, graphics and code on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish or use our branding commercially without our written permission.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or practices.
9. Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any moment.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you use the site as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as Y-tech develops, and we will replace them entirely before launching a regulated service. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
12. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please tell us. Our Complaints page explains how.
